Inconsistent material supplier compromises effective product

We use the Forpro range of microfiber massage towels for our business. The overall material is a half step below the Costco Charisma line of microfiber bedding, but is otherwise effective for massaging and of good quality. Most importantly, it is suitable for massage beds. We like their gray offering as it's pretty slick and doesn't bleed. Like all microfiber products, these face pad covers and accompanying sheets require more intensive laundering compared to cotton. In general, you need longer rinse cycles and more detergent. There are specific detergents for synthetics, but I haven't tried them because of the high cost (and mixed laundry that contains cotton). On the other hand, they do not absorb dyes for cotton, so they can be washed with dark clothes without any problems. Durability is a plus over flannel. No fluff and practically no deterioration. The reason I am giving the product three stars is because I recently noticed that Forpro uses two different materials in the same product. The attached picture shows two headpieces that arrived in the same order. A material is hard, creases easily and shines more. The other has a much softer, higher quality matte finish. The labels, packaging and stitching are otherwise the same so it doesn't feel like foul play. Rather, two materials are used to create the same product, which is a major disadvantage for any massage company looking for consistency. I have contacted Forpro directly to request an opinion on this.
