I gave it 2 stars because it worked before it broke. The phone changed position even before it broke. I don't ride a mountain bike. I only ride on roads, sidewalks or designated cycle paths/bicycle lanes. When it broke I was lying on the sidewalk. Overall I think it took 5 rides. Update: Two different customer service representatives from Andobil apologized for the broken mount and immediately sent me a replacement with next day delivery. I still have some scratches on my phone case which I'm not very happy about but it's better than damaging my phone. I will try the new binding that was sent to me next year (after the football season). Excellent customer support from Andobil. Stars have been upgraded from 2 to 4 based on customer service. Further upgrades can be made after using the replacement bracket.
