This material is amazing. Please read. My father died and given the situation, all his belongings were put into storage for three years. (thanks Covid) Anyway he has a hand made leather holster for a revolver 357. Sort of old western style big belt and holster, all hand made. There's no way I can replace that thing. It was stored for 3 years without air conditioning. When I saw it was dirty and dry and in places it was scary to move because it just started breaking. After some research, watch some videos. I found "Leather Honey" and decided to give it a try. I should mention that this belt and holster went through a once in a lifetime house fire over 30 years ago, they were mostly smoke damaged and have been processed and cleaned. I mention this because the leather cleaner actually removed some areas that were still black from the smoke. And didn't damage the rest of the surface. I let it dry for a few days. I then applied some honey to the holster which was drying out and showing damage to the stitching. After leaving it on all day, I couldn't wait to get it all done. Used it twice in one month. The first one soaked in so quickly because it was sooooo dry, but you could see the skin was slightly sewing and becoming too flexible. A few weeks later I did another round. Now I can't believe how much my skin has improved. It's soft as it should be, colors are rendered better. Obviously there is damage from sitting in extreme heat and cold. But he was definitely brought back to life on a level I didn't think was possible! Thanks!
