Soak the insert in pure olive oil before inserting it into the tube and heating the tube. This hose compresses the liner, no lubrication, and you can't pull the liner out! I tried spraying oil but it contained water and fogged up the inside of the pipe. Pure olive oil contains 0% water, so it does not fog up. You can also use a pencil to mark where the tubes are bent on the insert. Just erase the pencil mark.
