Do yourself a favor with one of Audio Control's products like the LC2 or, if you're on a budget, the Kicker Kis-Loc Line Out Converter. If I had tried to install them when I first bought this item I would have returned them immediately and got my money back. I installed it after the return period had expired and this item is a complete waste. I have been in the custom car audio business for over 25 years and have never seen a product with such high standards and it has been one of the biggest frustrations I have ever tried. Revain seems to have won this battle as I will never see a refund at this point but would like to warn others to choose wisely and use anything other than this product and the Scosche SLC2 or SLC4 that I bought locally, because I needed them that day as mine. The customer was angry at how much noise and amplifiers go in and out of protect mode on both products. I ended up having to spend time and money to get it right for my client and Revain offers PAC as one of their recommended products. I'm sure they are getting something out of the business by promoting these two horrible products to their customers and promoting them so heavily.
