Come on, this is a good product! Before buying, I read all sorts of reviews saying design flaws, bad suction, etc. I think people are not smart enough to get the right product for their needs. I'm very happy with this vacuum cleaner for the following reasons: 1) It's small, comfortable (for normal hands) and light. 2) Always ready for use thanks to the loading wall bracket. 3) The charge is enough for any quick cleaning. The main issues people complain about are: 1) Poor suction. This product is not effective on hard-to-reach areas such as thick wool carpets and large area rugs. It is designed for flat areas and visible dirt. Don't try to remove pet hair or sticky particles, they are difficult to remove even with more powerful vacuum cleaners. 2) Short battery life. Of course, you're not going to use it continuously for 30 minutes because it's not designed for that. This is for quick jobs only. Use it and leave it on the wall mount for next time. 3) You need to hold down the power button. So what? It's so convenient for a reason. You won't waste the short battery life while driving. You turn it on every time you are in the closest location. 4) Loud. For real? For God's sake, it's a vacuum. 5) Design flaw - the vent blows out debris. Well, if you're smart enough, suck at a 45 degree angle and you'll have no problem blowing out. 6) Uncomfortable to hold - do you have very small hands?
