Kit arrived well packaged and in good condition. I wanted a few months until they finally arrived. The first impression was good, but I am very dissatisfied with the quality. During the first 1,000 miles of smooth city driving on a mixed highway, the rotors were so deformed that I had to replace them. If I had put them on as soon as I received them I would have arranged for a return, unfortunately I wasn't able to fit them until I had them a month later. I also noticed that the brake pads I received are not the same design as the factory pads, although they should be OEM equivalent. I've had several sets of EBC pads on quads and bikes with no problems. This is the first set I bought for a car. I have installed many other sets of pads, rotors, drums and pads on various vehicles with no problems. I know it's not an installation problem. Buyer beware
