I have just received this jacket. It came in a huge shipping box and the jacket looked huge when first opened. When I put it on I feel it is true to size. I'm 5ft 10" and about 170 pounds. I bought the size large and am very happy with the fit. The sleeves are a bit longer than I would have liked, but the elbow pads fit me just right and being too short would have been uncomfortable. general. The zippers and pockets are as advertised and I love the double snaps on both hidden pockets. I'll probably still be wearing my leather jacket when I'm 50. I love the button down collar! This shirt/jacket seems to be really well made! Buy it, you won't be disappointed. Update: I bought a back armor insert for It fits in well and I can hardly tell it's there.
