I have a great laptop but when I lost the internet and was about to watch the DVD set my sister sent me I found that my laptop didn't have a DVD player had.doh. I've been looking for one that isn't bulky for a long time and finally found this one. I love it. Slim enough to fit neatly in my laptop bag and works like a charm. The only downside was that it didn't play Blu-ray DVDs, but that's a minor inconvenience. It also allows me to burn pictures to the hard drive so I don't lose them all the next time my computer crashes and the backup hard drive thinks it hates me.
