December update: Two and a half months of normal use, one of the wheels has lost its bearing and is now hanging on the bag. Not good quality for such an expensive bag. I can't recommend this bag more. We had a school bag for less than two months. It was very convenient to carry books and a laptop around school. Unfortunately, we noticed a few issues that we don't like. First, the inner Velcro hooks to the inner mesh and pulls on it. If I were designing this bag the velcro would be on the strap so it doesn't catch on the mesh and tear. Second, and our biggest complaint, is that the zipper on the laptop sleeve didn't work. This renders one side of the zipper completely unusable. We were able to fix it, but I wonder how long it will take. We were hoping that we would run into these issues with a bag this expensive. I hope most people don't encounter these problems.
