I have several of these and this is my favorite! A few months ago my left hip decided to give me problems. I could hardly walk for several days. The cortisone shots in the hips and spine didn't bring any real relief, my MRI showed something normal for someone my age, but nothing radical. One thing he mentioned was that I didn't have much of a normal curve. I first saw a much more expensive version of this and ended up getting it myself and I'm so glad I did! I won't say it was a miracle and I feel 16 but it gave me more relief than physical therapy shots. Then I found similar and cheaper ones here and ordered a few including this one. I love how you can adjust the number of curves instead of having 3 settings like most. The downloaded cover is also good.
