I bought this set for my girlfriend. She fell in love with him from the start. It's nicely packaged for easy storage and the tools feel solid. I'm not a gemstone specialist but the rose quartz looks real. She's been using it for a month and says she feels her face rejuvenated every day now. She said it increased circulation, made her skin more elastic and fought wrinkles. I tried it on my own face. I noticed that he was cool and moved smoothly. My girlfriend constantly remarks how beautiful it is and how it helps her. There was great benefit for very little money.
