    The quality of the second order has deteriorated. The video is good, but the Gua Sha Crystal has changed.

    I like the first order both roller and gua sha were high quality quartz stones with good weight so I ordered a second one to treat both sides of the face at the same time to save time In the second order, the quality of the roller is preserved, but the Gua Sha crystal is not. Compared to the first order, the second gua sha is thinner, lighter and not as curved and shaped as I liked, they obviously changed suppliers. In the future I will buy elsewhere as a replacement.

    I like it so far for rollers and pens

    I've only used the roller twice, just got it yesterday so I'm not aware of any long term effects. It was really good, especially this morning after chilling in the fridge. I have a tight shoulder muscle that I have used Gua Sha on with very good results. The shipping label was only stuck on the box used to store and protect items, so the box was damaged. It's only a "cosmetic" damage, but if I were to order this as a gift I would be very unhappy with it.

    Wow Skin Care on Rollers & Pens

    Sorry I didn't purchase these tools sooner! There is a visible difference after using it on one side of my face. It's even better when it's very chilled so I can feel the refreshing sensation as I roll it down my cheeks and under my eyes! I absolutely love this product and can only recommend it!

    Good product! the best of rollers and pens

    I like it! It was packaged in a very nice box that looked very nice, the stone was nicely polished and it was gorgeous! I love gouache! This makes massaging the hardest and tightest muscles easier and much better. I've also been using it as a scraper since I've been a runner. I wish the quartz wouldn't pop out of the bead so easily because I like to put quite a bit of pressure on the bead. The product is very easy to use, but I think you should know what you are doing with it beforehand.

    Nice stones but fell apart and had a chip at the very beginning

    This is a really nice piece but when I carefully removed the rolling tool the top just fell off so it started badly. ;( Then when I picked up the smooth, flat stone tool, there was a small crack on one side, so I didn't feel safe using that side. All the other sides felt great, but with those two issues, I felt a little let down I know I could glue it back to the rolling tool but I don't feel like I have to do that As for the flat tool there isn't really much I can do unfortunately.

    Product broke within the first few days

    I was so excited to receive my rose quartz roller but the product broke within the first few days. Two plastic connectors have fallen off where the quarts connect to the unit (it looks like they weren't glued at all). I've been trying to fix it but it keeps falling apart so very upset.

    I don't want to risk my face with cuts

    Replaced the first one because the smaller roller had a crack. When the second one arrived it looked like someone had already opened it and there was a crack on the smaller roller. People may say it's just a small tear, but I don't want to put my face at risk of getting any cuts. Now I have to go to UPS AGAIN to return this item. waste of time and money.

I used the larger side for the neck and forehead and the smaller side for the nose and cheeks.
