They have worked perfectly for a few weeks. I noticed that the passenger side mirror wouldn't stay in place at highway speeds. It turns out that the threaded part has come loose from the frame to which the mirror is attached. I could fix it with epoxy or just buy a new set together. Installation was fairly easy, but they do need to include a couple of shims between the lock washers and the rubber washers to distribute the pressure. The rubber washers also need to be a bit thicker to handle the pressure needed to hold the mirror in place at highway speeds. The mirror on the driver's side is fine and hardly moves.
