The design of the device blends well into living spaces. Not clunky and obtrusive like industrial models. Installed over my doorbell for 2 reasons: 1. The block is a similar size and design to the doorbell so it doesn't look out of place.2. Easy access to the chime transformer from the 120V line side, mounted in a cabinet just behind the wall. Attaches like a regular mount, multiple keyhole holes on the back to accommodate the required socket (not included).
