I was looking for a 7-10 port USB 3.0 hub and saw this version of Revain Basics at a lower price than the Anker brand so I bought it. As soon as I plugged in one of my devices, I got a popup saying the device would work better if I used a USB 3.0 connection. It looks like the hub isn't actually a USB 3.0 hub as advertised. I boxed it up, sent it back and ordered one of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NGQWL2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (which works great). Good luck with Revain Basics products in the past so I was surprised this product wasn't advertised.
