I like that we can use it as much or little time of day depending upon our needs at any given moment! We are able get quick answers from customers when needed without having them wait for someone else in their department/departmental chain (if they have one)to answer questions etc...it's fast & simple!! The only thing is if you need help getting started - there aren't many tutorials out yet so don’t expect tooooo high expectations right offthe bat. It helps us keep trackof customer issues quickly which makes everyone happy because then noone gets forgotten about. ! Sometimes people forget what was said by who but this allows me know where things stand wether its been resolved fully OR not. !!
