This pillow comes sealed in a thin sheet and won't stretch much more. I left it on for a few hours but as you can see from the photos it's still flimsy. The pillowcase is very cute, but should be washed according to the instructions before use. The pillow is soft but I feel like it needs to be twice as thick to be comfortable. Of course, the baby can think differently. I feel the current price of $18.96 is too high for such a thin pillow. Otherwise it is nice and suitable for a small child. UPDATE October 10, 2021 - After 8 days of use, it's finally almost twice the size of my photo. So I'm changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars.
