I've been using magnetic charging cables for a while. One of the problems is that when the cable is pulled to the side, it breaks contact. This one with a strong magnet and a rotating function allows it to stay in place in the car, in bed, wherever you use your phone or tablet while charging. It also supports data transfer including Apple Car Play in my truck.
