It looks like this is the original Toyota memory card. This is the latest version of the map. However, the card is a year old and it's not the seller's fault. That's how it comes from Toyota. I updated the maps in 4Runner 2018 that had 2017 maps. Installation is as simple as inserting a microSD card and letting the navigation system update the maps. Besides updating the maps, he also updated the sound firmware.
