Review on Oster Expressbake Gluten Free Setting CKSTBR9050 NP by Steven Asthana

My experience (just over a week with the machine) echoes what others are saying in other, more detailed reviews: This machine is excellent value for money ratio, and bread comes out very well (I've baked four loaves so far), but I'm concerned about durability - the plastic lid in particular is a little loose and feels flimsy. Unlike some others, I haven't experienced any movement of the machine while it's in use, and the motor doesn't seem to be strained even by the kneading force of two pounds of loaves of bread. Another note: we had a bread maker about 15 years ago and stopped using it because it was too loud. The Oster is significantly quieter than the first machine, but I'm not sure I'd want to leave it running in the middle of the night (maybe I'm just a light sleeper!).
