Gave them 3 stars just because they are better than most tweezers. But compared to the original Pocketweez, it sucks. The teeth aren't ground as precisely as the original and the teeth don't even touch at the top. Picking out a splinter is much more difficult than with the originals. The original had sharp points and the grinding of the mating surfaces was precise, creating an easy and secure grip on whatever you gripped. There aren't many of them. They're a lot lighter than the originals (plastic handle, less metal in the tines), which is both good and bad. I love the "idea" of the new model, I love the concept, but the actual production and execution is terrible. PLEASE return the original!
