It is recommended not to build the center piece but to use an OEM part. Really easy after you've done it. The first step is to simply remove the key using the thumbnail. The sides snap open and can be torn off with strong nails. Remember to tear off the right end as one end goes into a small slot and attaches to a point on the opposite end. Seller's photo shows which end to disassemble. The end result is amazing and $400 cheaper than ordering from Porsche. 😜
