I'm not generally one to write positive or negative reviews, but I'm tired of companies scamming customers by selling junk products just to make a quick buck. I'm not going to just sit here and continue giving money to dishonest companies for products that don't look like what they advertise. These machines pull your hair. It's not a smooth cut, your hair is pulled out in clumps and it hurts when it happens. It feels like someone is pulling out hair with tweezers. The blades are clearly not of good quality and I will ask for a refund (which I never do). Once again, be honest about what you're selling and have a little more respect for your customers. This hair clipper is useless if it messes up your head and hurts you. I want every penny I spent on this junk.
