This product could have been so much better if you hadn't been scammed. It's ridiculous that the stick/case is 3.5 inches long and you get less than 3/4 inch of the product. In addition, the product is so thick that when you apply it, you use a lot more than you need. When it arrived the tip was broken which was basically a whole piece. Sharpening is not possible. (There's something else in there that you can't even use until you scoop it!) What I did to make it work better was scoop out all of the product, put it in a small lip balm tub, and melt it in the microwave . Now I apply it with a brush. It works much better and I use less product. Thank you Maybebelline for scamming your customers.
