This product could have been so much better if you hadn't been scammed. It's ridiculous that the stick/case is 3.5 inches long and you get less than 3/4 inch of the product. In addition, the product is so thick that when you apply it, you use a lot more than you need. When it arrived the tip was broken which was basically a whole piece. Sharpening is not possible. I have bought this several times. You can't sharpen it, but it lasts a long time and is so cheap - just replace it. You still don't want to wear eye makeup for years; not sure.
