THE HOSE AND NOZZLE OF THIS NOZZLE IS FROM ALFRED HITCHCOCK MOVIE!

I actually paid $127 for this product thinking Delta was a reliable manufacturer. I was wrong. It looks like the head will work fine, but when my son installed it, the hose doesn't hang straight/in a loop no matter what we do. Then he asked me to order a metal hose for $27 plus tax. So I'm keeping the shower head and asking for a $35 credit to keep the entire unit running safely. I'm 82 years old and for some reason I don't like getting tangled in the shower hose. (Continuation of this fiasco): I called Delta Faucet headquarters and after about 10 minutes of banter about exchanging model and part numbers, a referral came through to the 'hose specialist' and the lady very condescendingly told me this was indicated be the order description that it is a "plastic" hose and after a while the hot water running through the hose will relax the hose so that it hangs down like in the picture. I told the young woman to state this in their product description; You are not. So I just lost $129.27. I also told her about the damaged packaging (not the outer box) but the box of the faucet and hose and she said she was "sorry". Not as regretful as I did for buying a Delta shower head and hose. The story goes on. I was finally able to speak to a Delta customer service rep and he agreed to a full refund. what they did They also sent me an aluminum shower hose for free. I was very satisfied because I really liked the shower head. Then, about the third time, I had trouble letting go of the middle portion of the shower that my hand was holding. When your hands are wet. And of course they are. You're in real trouble. Alright, now I'll buy a different brand of shower head and start over. 06/20/2020: The shower saga continues. For some reason it is now very difficult to remove the detachable middle hand held shower head. If you have dry hands you may need to twist it a little to move it. If you shower and your hands are wet, forget it. It cannot be removed. Now I'll let it hang and just leave it like that. At least I can use the device. I give up. At least I got my money back. Now I'm going to look for a shower head that works.
