Before I go I have to admit that everything looks good, is easy to install and works great. But it's a shower head, it doesn't take much effort to twist the old one and unscrew this one. We bought this shower head because we have another chrome head that we really like. But the chrome was bought in a plumbing wholesaler. I think their products are of much better quality. This one by Revain is a crappy version. The nut that attaches to the lever is plastic, and even when tightened with a cloth to protect it, the bronze plating came off. When it arrived I was surprised at how light it was. It seemed like they were cheap materials. They could probably save themselves some heartache by adding weights to this thing. Lol I read the reviews about the stiff hose so I did some work on the hose while watching the show to straighten it out a bit. I actually paid $127 for this product thinking Delta was a reliable manufacturer. I was wrong. It looks like the head will work fine, but when my son installed it, the hose doesn't hang straight/in a loop no matter what we do. Then he asked me to order a metal hose for $27 plus tax. So I'm keeping the shower head and asking for a $35 credit to keep the entire unit running safely. I'm 82 years old and for some reason I don't like getting tangled in the shower hose.
