I recently bought 2 of these and was disappointed that they weren't compatible with windows hello and even more surprised when i did a little more research and found the device that not only was compatible but cheaper. I don't blame anyone for my purchase, I should have done more research before buying and I know better but you would think that all companies selling technology would be compatible with Windows. So my question is when can I expect a firmware update to bring this product into the 21st century? My rating reflects the lack of compatibility with one of the most used applications in the world.
