User Friendly Applicant Tracking System and Timekeeping Tool
The software is user friendly with simple steps for adding new users which makes it very easy when introducing people into our team or clients who are not familiarized about this tool yet! I really don't have any dislikes as we use plum more than once per week so far but sometimes there's nothing you can do if your client doesn´t want/can implement all features they need (we still try).
We're solving issues related from recruitment process till onboarding procedures using plums capabilities such us applicant tracking system & timecards management systems integration etc..
Pros

- Userfriendly interface intuitive, fast loading times.
- Applicant Tracking System Integration ability manage candidates in one place without having them lost between different platforms like Jobvite , LinkedIn..etc
- Timecard Management Systems Integrations.
- Ability managing working hours easily through an app that integrates seamlessly within payrolls processes; allowing HR managers / supervisors control over their employees' schedules directly at workstreams
