Review on 🍷 24oz Sangria Contigo Autospout Ashland Water Bottle by Francisco Russell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I liked it so much that I went back and bought another one (only more).

I'm picky and I had very specific requirements when buying a water bottle. All parts had to be easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It had to be at least leak proof (if not leak proof) and have a cap to prevent accidental opening as I usually carry my water bottle in a large bag that doesn't always keep the bottle upright. It had to be one piece (no separate lid to take off for drinking) and easy to use with one hand as I would be taking it in the car. I didn't want to spend a fortune either. This bottle of Contigo met all my needs and then some. I wasn't sure I wanted a straw (you have to suck up the water, not upset the bottle like drinking from a glass) but it's really nice when you're in the car because you can drink out of it without using the block the view of the bottle. All parts have held up well on the top shelf of the dishwasher, but I use a small brush to clean the inside of the mouthpiece to avoid mold. I've flown it - unscrew the cap slightly to relieve the pressure before drinking from it mid-air or water might spill out when you lift the spout (not that I'm aware of). I liked the bottles so much I ordered a second one (the larger one is 40 ounces).
