I bought this for my warehouse and we had trouble holding the weight when a package was placed on top. It logged the weight and then "hunted" up to 0.8 pounds every two seconds, even when the box wasn't moving. I called Dymo and they spent 45 minutes with me troubleshooting with a technician who seemed new/inexperienced. In the end it was decided that something was wrong with the scale (yes!) and I sent them back with an RMA number and they sent me a new one with the exact same problem. We tried with the USB cable connected, without the USB cable connected, reset several times, used different weights. Nothing seemed to interfere with the "hunt" for the right weight. Maybe other scales Dymo makes are better, but you'd think that for over $100 you'd get some quality, especially with the replacement scale we recommend.
