One of the buds died after 3 months. No matter how many times I charge them or switch charges, one of the earbuds won't charge. No response from warranty and frankly not sure if they even exist. Stay away from this liability-free waste of money from Revain or Skybuds. I also used a multimeter and checked both charging ports and they were the same voltage, but the handset wasn't charging at all. ****Update***** Response to guarantee failed. Spoke to Revane and they gave me an excuse. Email support and received response from email admin that email address is not available. Stay away from this shit. Go to a Best Buy or Apple Store and do yourself a favor and buy something functional. Those idiots took my money and they're drinking mai tai somewhere on the beach.
