Started well, now not so good

Everything started great. Best sound I've ever heard, loved the charging case and the way they "click" into the ear. However, a month has passed and like many other headphones I have had, the charge is not enough, like in the beginning. I used to have it for several hours, now 30 minutes and the case doesn't charge either. SkyBuds customer service, while friendly, is not helpful at all. Basically "very bad" answer. I can post a dozen similar photo scenarios published in this review.

There are pros and cons.

Pros: Attractive slim body and headphone design. The AWARENESS feature would be really cool if I didn't work in a noisy warehouse. The sound quality is better than most. They fit my ear very well with their "lock-in" design when inserted into my ears. They're comfortable enough to wear all day if the battery lasts that long. The app is nice to see the remaining battery percentage. Cons: I wish I could use the left earbud independently of the right one. I only have 2 hours of play time on…

Garbage! New update! November 2018

One of the buds died after 3 months. No matter how many times I charge them or switch charges, one of the earbuds won't charge. No response from warranty and frankly not sure if they even exist. Stay away from this liability-free waste of money from Revain or Skybuds. I also used a multimeter and checked both charging ports and they were the same voltage, but the handset wasn't charging at all. ****Update***** Response to guarantee failed. Perfect for an active lifestyle!

It has its own quirks and flawed Bluetooth, but it has more pros than cons. I bought Skybuds (Nimbus), Jabra Elite Sport and Bragi Dash for my Google Pixel XL. I first tested the Skybuds and they connected perfectly the first time! Second, Jabra connected but the sound was very weak. Bragi Dash could not connect to my Bluetooth.
