Like many electronics enthusiasts, I use "proto boards" to try out designs. Of course, designs can be simple or complex. In this case, I was prototyping an Arduino-based LED controller for an outdoor display. I only needed an Arduino NANO, 3 FETs and 3 resistors. So the little prototype board worked fine. After my design was tested, I needed to create a hardware equivalent. In the past I've used similar sized circuit boards that are cheap and readily available. The problem is that while the rest of the boards are cheap, each "pad" is independent. So if you need jumpers, you have to add them manually. This board mimics a small prototype board with pads already "bridged". So if you have a working design based on a prototype board design of this size, these boards allow you to transfer it to a soldered design easily and quickly. Not having to solder extra jumpers seems like an easy task. But based on past experience, it's extra work and easy to make mistakes, and you may end up with a lot of extra wires. With this board, creating stunning designs is fast and should work. I also like the fact that they have large mounting holes as well as gold plating. Good quality and good price for 5.
