They are of good quality and work well. Just note that they are quite thick so make sure you have some slack in the brake cables and room for adjustment on the actuators. I actually had to replace the rear brake cable to get enough slack for these new pads. But they should last a long time and the material seems to be pretty good. Sitting on the rims of my bike, I can stop in a jiffy, even when it's wet. My old ones wore out and the material hardened over time making it difficult to quit quickly. When you're on a mixed-use bike path, especially when you're surrounded by pets or children, you often need to stop quickly. I'm going to buy some for my wife's bike now.
