I saw this and just knew I had to have this for my little girl! She hates, hates, hates the rain - especially if it hits her face. Sometimes, if it's raining, she won't even do her 'business' because she doesn't want to be outside in it. She is definitely not a water dog!I saw this rain jacket/poncho thing and knew I had to give it a try. It is lightweight, yet keeps the water out. There is a hood and attached to the hood is a clear plastic visor. On my little girl (who is about 14 pounds in the pictures), the visor truly does cover most of her face. There are holes to allow for a leash to connect to both a collar and a harness. I appreciate this, because most jackets/coats/etc, only include one hole and it's never the one I need. On the part that wraps around the body there is also nighttime reflective material for nighttime walking. In the back, there are 2 elastic loops to put the hind legs through to keep the rain jacket in place. These could be optional, but I would imagine if there were a good deal of wind, the rain jacket would blow around quite a bit.I'm not sure if my little girl loves this or not, but I think it's adorable, and it does the job!
