I like that it has many different features which are easy for my employees (and myself) find what we need without having multiple tabs open at once or searching through several screens of information in order to get where i'm looking! It's not perfect but they've made great updates over time with new ways to organize things such as creating groups within departments/categories etc so its getting easier each year!! We were able use this software well before our current risk manager came along - he was familiar enough with trackmyrisks from his previous job that switching wasn’t too difficult nor did any training take place prior to him taking up their role here.
