great software for a risk manager - easy to use (and it's great for our employees too)!!

I like that it has many different features which are easy for my employees (and myself) find what we need without having multiple tabs open at once or searching through several screens of information in order to get where i'm looking! It's not perfect but they've made great updates over time with new ways to organize things such as creating groups within departments/categories etc so its getting easier each year!! We were able use this software well before our current risk manager came along…

Pros
  • Easy access, all locations have been fairly quick
  • Very user friendly interface.
  • The customer support is AMAZING when there needs be issues resolved quickly & efficiently ! They work hard every day trying keep us happy :)
