
Seems like they eventually changed the design a bit and now they keep you warm for up to 12 hours (instead of the 24 hours advertised on this page and the infinite time that customers at indicated in previous models) before automatically switching to standby mode. If I wanted a rice cooker that couldn't get warm, I would buy one for $10-20 rather than spending $70 for one that doesn't have the main "Japanese style" rice cooker feature. With your "upgrade" you have literally destroyed the usefulness of your product.
