So far so good, but the hiss is coming from my device.

Don't worry, this is only a temporary mount so I know where I want to permanently mount this device. So far it keeps my batteries within 0.03 volts of each other. My only complaint so far is the high-pitched hiss I hear from it. The device does not appear to be unusually hot for its operation.

Battery Equalizer is recommended for use in cars, boats, golf carts, motorcycles, solar panels, trucks, RVs, electric forklift batteries and any other battery bank configuration.
