I first bought this headset for use with the X series and my PC. In my experience it was good but not impressive. I'm having some intermittent popping noises in my headset, which I have researched to be an interference from the connection between the Xbox controller and the Series X. Also, it's strange, sometimes I have no sound after pairing, I have to reconnect. Bluetooth connection to PC and phone was pretty good, no dropouts or connection issues. My problem is that on a PC, chat audio and game audio cannot be controlled via bluetooth. Maybe I expected too much, I just wish it was possible. My only gripe with Razer is that the USB-C port is too small to be used with any other cable. I have a small thin cable from Samsung and it's still too big. The outer shape of the Kaira charging connector is narrow and square, so only the included OEM cable fits. It's uncomfortable. All in all it was a good headset. It is comfortable and has good build quality. My problems seem to be related to the Xbox rather than the headset. The sound quality isn't what I expected from a headset, but I bought it primarily for communication. I cannot recommend this headset for the price.
