How I installed mine: I did not use the decals that came with these rings. Then I put on disposable gloves to keep the hand oil from getting in contact with the rings. Then I disinfected the surface of the handle and the back of each ring with rubbing alcohol. Finally I applied some auto glue (great ointment in a silver red tube, same brand as Shoe Sticky or e6000) and I pressed the ring into place and held it for 30 seconds to help it stick. Adhesive strips included if you want to take it off later I think. Very good value for what I paid. I really like these.
