This isn't the first time I've used a massage candle. This special time was far from the best. I bought this to massage my husband's back when he comes home from work. Heat helps relax muscles better than massage. Unfortunately I wasted my money on the purchase. First, there was ridiculously little wax. Maybe I misunderstood when reading the description, but the glass was no bigger than a shot glass. The glass in the photo is much larger than what was sent. Second, I totally understand that massage candles are harder to wash off than massage oil, but this left a heavy layer on my husband's back and it took him 3 showers of dish soap at dawn to get through. . Eventually, every time I poured oil, the flame would go out. I had to constantly light it to keep it warm. The only plus is that it stays smooth for a long time. If you're looking for a quality massage candle that's great value for money, keep looking!
