Low quality stainless steel. High iron content is very magnetic, good stainless steel is not magnetic.
Failed the magnet test, stainless steel is not magnetic, the better the quality the fewer magnets (try it), it's very magnetic so it's high in iron and will rust. We can say that this is the lowest quality. Sharp and normal for the price, just quickly wipe dry after washing.
