I bought the black and yellow style with the adjustable strap.I have very very high arches and I’ve been having a lot of pain in my instep and on the outside of one foot. I bought these because they provide high arch support and they deliver. Actually another reviewer said it was like walking on two tennis balls and I was like "ah, perfect. Exactly what I need.” Within hours of wearing these the pain on the outside of my foot has lessened by about 75% after a week and a half of barely being able to walk. On the other foot, it feels tingly - like blood is circulating properly again.Also, I think they’re really cute and they fit me perfectly. They’re really soft inside and warm.
