too loud. the best in kitchen and dining room

the first one came completely broken. Got a replacement but still had to return the broken glass which is a bit silly. Now that I have a second one I'm definitely sorry I just didn't send it back instead of getting a replacement. The cutting board is SO loud when you cut on it with a loud pop when you cut a slice. It also doesn't feel very strong.
