This year I used these shapes for the first time. I've always made ravioli by hand. I love how perfect the ravioli are. They are also quite big (I prefer bigger ravioli). The downside is you have to make sure your dough fits the mold. It needed some adjustments but overall I'd say it was a great experience. I've seen other shapes that come with a small roll which would be nice but I pulled out my normal size and that worked too. We used these 2 molds to make about 300 ravioli, so we fleshed them out.
