Hire a 3 inch hole saw and drill bit from a major store. Purchase a 1" granite diamond saw blade and a 1/2" drill press. Measure and mark. First drill 1" and then 3" next to it. Cut out the remaining masonry to fit exactly. Seal the holes in the product and secure with anchor glue. Attach wooden braces to railings or stairs for final leveling while the glue cures. 2 days, 2 hours a day. Ready
