The product removes eraser residue, biscuit crumbs and biscuit crumbs well. I've been using this product for at least a year and haven't had any problems with it. Charge enough, like for me, for a long time. I keep it in a little basket on the table. I even taught my little great granddaughter how to use it to pick up cookie and cracker crumbs that fall onto the mat my computer chair sits on. She is 2 1/2 years old. The little vacuum cleaner works like a charm. :)
